Customer service representative phone

Being charged for phone when told being a diamond customer phones 1 time payment of 5 and some cents. Also my phone keeps cutting out. Inquire about the late payment in April. Did you look at the date on stamp. In 25 yrs I've never had a late payment. Not my fault the payment didn't make it in time. And yes Im disappointed about that late fee, just messed up my dedication.
