Current customer

We have been a customer for over a year with internet. We switched to the mobile service traded both of our phones in and bought 2 iPhone 17pros. Upon doing so we were told we would be receiving two rewards 90 days after our service. We received one and now being told the other reward is not going to happen. Go elsewhere may be cheaper but not a company who stands on what they say
