Credit limit concern, can't upgrade

As the title states, xfinity credit limit to low to upgrade. Makes no sense,  been a cable customer for 22 years, mobile customer for a couple months. Allowed me to get 4 new phones at sign up, and have 5 premium lines. Wanted to upgrade the 1 phone I did not do at sign up, said my limit is to low. After 3 plus hours in chats, and a call to equifax per the chat, no resolution.  Equifax does not change credit, they only provide the report, so they was a wasted call. So hour 4, I called the 1 800 number, and spoke to a real person,  and they explained that my xfinity credit is low considering my time with Comcast,  but no way to change that limit. Need help to re-evaluate my credit. Note, I have a 770 credit score, and no major debts, house is paid off, no car payments, so not sure what the issues are.
