Credit Freeze Issue

In trying to purchase two iPhone 18 pro max phones, a credit check was pulled when there was a freeze. Now I’m unable to receive financing despite having an excellent credit score. Can you please override the hold and re-run the credit check so that I may move ahead with my purchase?

I spoke with a representative who was not helpful at all and clearly had no interest in finding a resolution. She also said some concerning things regarding how Comcast runs a “credit check,” and indicated that a history of payment with Comcast was necessary — which was not how the promotional financing was advertised. I’ll be looking into whether this constitutes a fraud on the consumer. She also indicated that I would have to issue a subpoena in order to receive the recording of our call.
