Credit Freeze Issue

In trying to purchase two iPhone 18 pro max phones, a credit check was pulled when there was a freeze. Now I’m unable to receive financing despite having an excellent credit score. Can you please override the hold and re-run the credit check so that I may move ahead with my purchase?
