credit for device might be scam

Xfinity is an absolute scam. They keep telling me they're going to add credits to my monthly bill every time I speak to them. They say that I need to wait two months. They've been doing this for a few months. I went into the store a few times. They told me I'm getting very close to cutting off my service. I cannot recommend the mobile deals for anyone.
