Crazy people
Ordered phone through customer service. Supposed to have duel Sims activated on phone. Wss told the phone was free and service would be 16.95 a month. Received phone, two weeks later still no service on the phone. Had a landlines that was to be one of the Sims and a cell phone on the other, so far I have the landlines on it and the landlines is still working at the house but no cell phone transfer. I will Never deal with this again. No more xfinity for me. Please be ware they do not know what they are doing. They are finally sending me a Sim card for the cell phone line. If it doesn't work then I take the phone back

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
