Corporate mobile contact

I need to find a corporate mobile contact to get my trade in situation resolved.  I am tired of getting the same "we are working on it" response.  I sent my trade-ins back in October and although I have received emails confirming how much credit I should receive, they do not show up on my mobile account billing.  I have had a ticket outstanding for a month now.  It cannot take that long to address.  I never would have changed to Xfinity if I knew how frustrating this process would be.  It is NOT worth the savings they promised but have not delivered.  This is definite incompetence and borderline scam.
