I don't have the Yahoo app, but in a browser:
On a desktop or laptop, the Contact list icon is a tiny rectangle at the right side of the screen with an even tinier outline of a person inside
On a phone or tablet, the Contact list is one of the items under the "hamburger" icon at the top of the screen.
