Complaint department

I am writing to complain about Xfinity's lack of fixing my problem. The last call I had the help line, would not let me speak about my problem, only screamed (literally) to the point of him swearing at me an I finally hung up. What kind of service is this. I have been trying to get security codes to get into certain websites to NO AVAIL. Most of them I found are being sent to my SPAM folder. I am seriously considering another phone internet service. I have never been so rudely dealt with in such a manner. It has been at least a month of this same issue, being sent back and forth by the companies sending the codes vs. Xfintity help line, and I can't get any concrete results. 

I would appreciate this error to be corrected at once. I am at the end of my rope. 

I apologize for any inconvenience I may have been, but I get no results. 

Please contact me as soon as you are able, so we can get this rectified.

I have stated my complaint, I do not know who he was, but I’m sure he’s had enough complaints.  Look for him he’s horrible.
