Compensation
I am moving and got a free line for 12 months Entirely at the fault of Xfinity during the process of changing from Verizon to them my phone is now Locked because was informed by Xfinity to activate my phone and then to fill out the buy out form but that is not possible because now have no way to access the information they requested because my account is disconnected so now have to drive to a physical verzion store to get the information then submit it and wait for it to be paid before my phone will work again am on government assistance due to disability and have to report my change of address within a certain timeframe or face fines am at a high risk of missing that deadline because will be with outa phone for at least a week now so want to request compensation in the form of a discount on a new device with free overnight shipping so can have a working phone before have to pay any fines

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
