This was authorized under a "Free Watch" promotion structured via recurring monthly device credits. The salesperson failed to attach the correct promotional code to the hardware order, resulting in an invalid standalone device installment charge of $35.11 hitting my account. Per the 120-day dispute window outlined on Comcast invoices, I am formally requesting: 1. An executive review of the sales consent notes/call recording from the order date. 2. A retroactive manual account credit of $35.11 to refund the invalid charge. 3. The immediate application of the recurring monthly promotional credit to nullify all future billing installments for this device.
