Checking order status
Last Thursday I ordered a replacement phone. I placed the order thru the service tech who was helping me regarding my lost phone. I have not received any confirmations or shipping emails. However in digging into my account I do see the phone is supposed to be delivered by UPS tomorrow, Monday. I want the sales paperwork, receipt and so forth as records. Please assist.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
