Charging me for mobile and land line
Here we go again. You changed my land line to mobile line. I never got phone. It was not signed for either. I filed police report and turned my land line back on. I did everything that was requested.
Why am I still being charged for a mobile phone and land line for the same number. This is the last time I am requesting this before I file a complaint with the FCC. This has been going on for 6 months!

Thank you for reaching out @user_kjd59e. I am sorry you are seeing charges for both. Is this the statement after the change? Any changes made to the account will be printed on your next statement which may show charges for service you no longer have but is a prorated charge.
