Charge for returned phone

I returned my trade in in September and now in November there is a bill for $866.71. Everyone I talk to on the phone is clueless to what the problem is or can't understand what I'm talking about. Makes me want to switch providers.

Thanks for reaching out to us, We do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your mobile services. When you did the trade in did you get any notification from Assurant that your trade in value was changed or was not accepted?

I mailed it 9/24/25. I have called about 8 times and keep getting different stories. 2 people said they received it and it's processing. Now the last person said it wasn't received and gave me a number for Assurant. The problem is I can't get through to Assurant because when I enter my phone number it says the number can't be found and there is no other option to talk to an agent. I'm not paying for a phone I sent back months ago.

@user_6njz03  Yeah, that's strange, once Assurant receives the phone and it they do their evaluation, if there's any issue with the value or the trade-in being rejected you get an e-mail notification of the results.

Let's take a deeper look at your account to see if we can get this rectified for you.

To get started please send me a direct message with your name and complete service address
