You cannot currently customize your outbound caller ID name on Xfinity Mobile. For residential mobile lines, the only information transmitted during outgoing calls is your phone number and the default tag "Wireless Caller".
Since Xfinity Mobile does not allow you to change this or set a personal name, consider the following alternatives:
  • Hide your Caller ID entirely: You can permanently enable Caller ID blocking for a line, or use *67 on a per-call basis to make your calls show up as "Restricted" or "No Caller ID".

user_qyvrhf Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I completely understand wanting to update the name that shows on outbound caller ID. I want to expand on what @DreamSayerZ stated, at this time, the name that displays is tied to the account holder information and unfortunately isn’t something we’re able to customize or change to a different name. It’s automatically set based on the account details and isn’t designed to support custom caller ID names. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
