CC charged for a phone I returned.
My credit card was charged $1158.29 on Feb. 6, 2026 for a phone that I had returned in December 2025. In February, I spoke with a very helpful Xfinity woman via phone. I gave all the tracking info/information to her. She checked my information and saw that it had indeed been returned in early December. She said that she would expedite the request for my money to be credited. I wanted to give ample time for you all to make the correction but so far the charge has not been credited to me. Since I had to pay the bank for this wrongful debt on my credit card I believe it is only fair that you add compensation for the interest that I had to pay or just credit what is due and we will call it even. Anyway, I appreciate your prompt assistance in this probable oversight. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
