Case # ECM [Edited] - How do I get Xfinity to review this case
I am being charged on my bill since May for an iPhone 16 Pro Max that I did not order. Xfinity is well aware of this scam that is happening to many people but is not correcting my account. The store Manager is sympathetic but has no power to help. I doubt anyone from Xfinity even reads these complaints. I have not received any contact Xfinity acknowledging my complaint or promise to resolve my case. Only contact I get from Xfinity are bills.
