Carrier Lock SIM Locked

Have a claim open for a month now. Between carriers and Xfinity will not unlock the SIM lock on my Iphone 14.  Phone purchased through Xfinity Mobile when I became a mobile customer two years ago . Phone has been paid off.  They are refusing to unlock the phone.  Keep getting the run around.  Filed complain with FCC and still an issue.  Need someone to assist.

As of today, 10/14/2025 phone still locked by Xfinity Mobile. I've tried emailing and leaving messages and getting ignored. They claim they unlocked the phone. They did not do this.  I gave the IME1 number over the phone to the Tech and also in emails.  They never addressed it. They addressed another phone I had when I opened the xfinity mobile account two years ago.  After a month, the original phone was defective and on the advice of Xfinity sales at the mobile store I was told to go to the Apple store to have the phone looked at.  Went to Apple store with my Iphone 14 and Apple stated they could not fix the phone xfinity mobile gave to me at the time of signing up.  Apple replaced the phone.  So for two years I paid my bill along with other phone on my mobile plan.  Now that I changed carriers they are telling me it is Apple responsibility to unlock the phone.  Apple does not do this.  So after countless emails and calls with Joe and Paul this issue was never resolved.  I got a letter the other day which makes it seem like they are not going to help me further with my issue.  Terrible practices on Xfinity mobile's part.  Phone is still locked and no one is reaching out to unlock the correct IME1 number on my phone that I provided.  I need someone to resolve this issue. I was without a phone and ultimately forced to purchase another one because you refused to unlock the IME1 number on the other phone I provided.  Still left here with NO RESOLUTION.  What kind of a company are you where you leave the customer hanging and acting like you fixed the problem.  You did not fix the problem and I need someone to read all the emails sent to Joe and  Xfinity mobile support and resolve this issue.  You cancelled my mobile info under the App acting like I don't exist anymore.  I do exist as I still carrier you for other services.  So I need someone to contact me to get this phone unlocked.
