Hi there, and thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! I can imagine running into the same error repeatedly while trying to order new devices can sour what should be an exciting experience, and I'm sorry that you haven't been able to get around it. You've come to the right place for help, and our team can absolutely take a closer look to see what needs to be done, so you can order your new phones! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get the ball rolling!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
