Can't return Apple watch in 14 day return window. Customer care executive at Xfinity store or on phone can't generate return label.

Hi, For the last 10 days, I have been trying to return an Apple watch device, but unfortunately nobody in Xfinity Mobile Customer care on the phone or a customer executive in Xfinity store could generate a return label to return the watch. I have called Xfinity Mobile Customer care 4 times and visited the Xfinity store 2 times. Nobody sees an option to generate the return label in the App.
This watch got ordered by some misunderstanding. I actually called Xfinity customer care to update my Internet plan. The person on the phone said - "Being you a long time loyal customer,  we offer you promotional pricing to get an Apple watch device with one time $30 charges". I double checked with him that there are no monthly payments and no service fee, and he confirmed. So I agreed to get the watch. 2 days later, before I even received the watch, I got a call from Xfinity customer care to activate the watch and he said there is a $10 monthly service fee and $13 monthly installment for the watch. So I decided to return the watch.
I visited the Xfinity store to return it. Customer care executive there said - "He does not see an option in the App to generate a return label. You need to call Xfinity mobile customer care and they can only generate the label". So I called Xfinity mobile customer care. He said the same thing that he cannot generate the return label. He logged a support case and ask me to wait for couple days. After I did not receive the label in a couple days, I called Xfinity Mobile customer care again. She said - "You need to Activate the watch, then only the return label be generated". I activated the watch while on call with her for around an hour. She still can't generate the label and asked me to go to the Xfinity Store to return it. I visited the Xfinity store again and the Customer care executive there said the same thing again - she can't generate the return label. There is no option in the App to do that.
I am not sure what to do now. 14 day window to return the watch is expiring in a day from now.
I request you to please ask someone to generate the return label and send it to me, refund the amount I paid so far for this watch and terminate the Apple watch service in my account.
