Can’t print an email

First, thank you for responding to my question and trying to help me. I haven’t tried using any other device. I just tried on my iPhone but when I select an email , there isn’t any printer icon there so that won’t work. I haven’t tried my laptop because I don’t regularly use it. The problem is this, in the recent past I was able to click on the printer icon and print the email,  ow when I click on the icon I get the full screen of the email and no ability to print it.

Depending on the printer, the mobile device (in this case your iPad) would allow you to download the corresponding application from your App Store on your phone. For example, I have an HP Printer, so I personally had to download the HP Smart App. Your printer should have an application that allows you to ensure the desired device can be connected. 

Do you know which model of HP printer you have specifically, so that I can investigate a little further?

Officejet 8010. But this feature used to work. I’m not sure when it stopped working.

Are you able to get to the Wireless Printer Wizard, on the printer's touchscreen?

Just to clarify, are they emails from Comast email or another Mail client? Are you trying to do so from an application or from an email website? I just want to ensure I understand so that I can look into this further for you.
