Good afternoon user_7xaqc5. I will be happy to assist you further. I understand needing to print things is important. I do have a couple of questions to better understand the situation. Are you having issues printing an email from your Xfinity email? I know in the post here you mentioned specifically from your iPad, are you having issues printing from other devices?

Still not working no matter what I try. I’m about to give up on this issue as nothing seems to work. Thank you everyone who’s tried to help.

I’ve tried a different way to get to my Xfinity emails and the print function works now! On my I pad and in safari I go to connect.xfinity.com and now it is fine! I’m getting out of everything and restart my iPad and try again to be sure!
