Can’t get my order verified
Tried to place an order for an upgrade for my phone. They called to verify and my wife answered but they would only speak to me. Called 3 times. Each time they say their system was down and to call back in an hour. Then I call again and hear someone talking for 9 mins. They hang up. I call back again and same [Edited: "Language"]! Call back in a hour. Now today is the next day. Called back 3 times only to be hung up on. What the heck is going on!? I keep getting emails that my order will be canceled if I don’t verify when in reality I have tried 8 times to call back unsuccessfully.
