Can't buy a phone for a month after multiple attempts

I have premium unlimited and have been trying to get a phone for a month either online or in a store. Xfinity apparently have a policy of shipping the phone to the address on file. My problem is my apartment complex uses a mailing service to securely accept mail and hand deliver it to me when I am home. Don't even get me started on their stores in the denver area. I have been to different stores only to be told they ran out of the phone model or some other excuse. Every Interaction with customer service means spending 30 to 1 hour that goes no where.
