Cannot activate eSIM

I cannot activate my eSIM despite trying everything I can look up from the support. I have tried downloading new eSIM and activating that, but it did work either. I would like to request a physical SIM instead of eSIM to try with my other phone, but I cannot find anywhere to request that. I also cannot call the support number due to my cell phone number is locked into the eSIM and I don't have access to phone service now. Tried the app multoiple times, it adds the phone, install the esim, but does not activate it! [See Image]

@user_vc1v4y What issue do you run into when you navigate to xfinitymobile.com/activate? Our activation resource is great to refer to when going through the process as you mentioned.

@XfinityBradM​ I am suspecting the phone, I order on, it's on the way. I'll keep you updated if the first phone used was indeed the problem.
