Cancel mobile line

I would like to cancel my mobile line and they are telling me me I have a 2 year contract and I asked for a copy of it and they can not provide it to me. They say I own them money until 2027 for the phone.

Did you receive a "free" phone when you signed up? Do you have device credits appearing monthly on your bill? I suggest you look at your Xfinity Mobile bill to confirm.  Refer to this support doc for more details; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/faqs-device-credits
