@user_kha5hs To cancel an Xfinity Mobile line, the easiest way is to transfer your number to a new carrier, which automatically closes the line, but you can also cancel directly in the Xfinity app or website or by visiting an Xfinity store. Before canceling, get your number's security PIN from the app/website to port out, or if not porting, log in online, go to the "Devices" tab, select the line, and follow prompts to cancel. Be aware of potential device payments and fees when canceling.

I'm sorry there's not an easy way to remove the line of service online or through the app, but my team would be happy to help out! Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address so we can verify the account? From there we will also need the phone number for the line you wish to cancel and we can go over all the details with you.
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
