Can you get me an agent that can finish setting up my phone.

Your Agent RAHUL was helping me set up my phone when your AI thing jumped in.  Now I don't know what I still have to do to finish setting up my phone. Can you send me back to a HUMAN Agent?

WOW!   If I had known that I would be in contact with you guys for over 4 hours trying to get my phone transferred to X-finity Mobile, I would never have started this.
