Can their Mobile Customer Service be any worse! Trade In Rejected!
I transfer 4 phone lines from AT&T where I have been a customer for almost 20 years to Xfinity. I send in 3 phones all in pristine condition. I am then told my Iphone 16 PRO MAX (My phone) was damaged and would not get the trade in value for it. All the phones were brought to the local Xfinity store as instructed. The Xfinity rep at the store told me that I had to drop them off at the Postal Office myself. BUT, SHE inspected the phones, packaged them up for me and even put the labels on them! Great service, right? Well, I find out today I will not be getting credit for my phone because it was damaged.
After 4 chat sessions with folks that can barely speak English I now have to wait ANOTHER 7-14 days for them to tell me they investigated, and my phone was damaged. I have been an Xfinity broadband customer for almost 20 years and never had customer service issues like I have with Mobile.
Absolutely ridiculous!
Way to take responsibility for your service. I know the phone was not damaged, your employee saw it herself and packed it up. So, any damage was from the USPS or Xfinity!
So ridiculous!
