Callers can’t hear me

I am using a Vtech 4 line phone system on a comcast business voice line

everything has been working fine until last week when callers can’t hear us. The microphone works and isn’t on mute. Any ideas?

@user_ainvwc Thanks for sharing. I checked around and don't see anything that is done remotely, other than basic troubleshooting. I know it's been a couple days since you posted, but let us know if it's still happening. We'll help troubleshoot when you get a chance.
