How do I get prior phone logs from a phone line that’s been disconnected

Just to confirm, are you trying to obtain call logs from an XFINITY Voice (landline) service or from an XFINITY Mobile line?

@user_n2sxjn Thanks for getting back to us. Our team is limited with mobile accounts, but we can assist you with getting a resolution to your concerns. 

You can review your last three months of call and text message details using the Xfinity app or online through your Xfinity Mobile account. This history includes dates, times, and phone numbers for all calls and text messages sent from and received by all lines of service on your account.

Call and text message details older than three months aren't available. We don't store the content of any text messages.

1. Download the Xfinity app or open it.

2. Sign in to your account using your Xfinity ID and password.

3. From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.

4. Select the phone line that you’d like to view calls and text history from.

5. Under the section labeled Call And Text History, select View call and texts history. You may be required to sign in again.

6. Scroll up and select either the Texts or Calls you want to review. 

I am unsure of what you will be able to access since your account is disconnected. I suggest giving these steps a try and letting us know what you're able to see.
