My device says compatible on Verizon network. Assume you are the same, but does not work on your site. The IMEI is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Can you get that added to your database?

@user_33chpq What is the make/model of the phone you are trying to bring? It seems that Xfinity Mobile doesn't always have their IMEI database updated. And many folks post in this forum with same issue. Phone that should be compatible saying not. I'm not sure what's up with that. Perhaps an Xfinity rep here can comment on this issue? I would reach out to mobile support for assistance.
