BYOD SCAM

I signed up for Xfinity services last march. When I signed up they had a BYOD promotion where they would pay you up to 500$ per line to switch to Xfinity mobile. I paid about 700$ to pay the rest of my 2 phones off thinking I would be receiving my promotion and to this day haven’t recieved anything. Last year I looked into and they told me it would take 16 weeks and I would receive and email on how to redeem it and what documentation I would need. Fast forward to now and I have spoken to like 6 different people about this and I have been told previous agents gave me “bad information” I was told 2 weeks ago that it would now only be 200$ and that I should receive an email in a few days. That was 2 weeks ago. All my interaction with them has been through the chat bots so they have the chat logs. I signed up for my service through the chat logs so they have my very first logs from when I was told about this promotion. I’m definitely going to have to discontinue service with xfinity because this is honestly disgusting what they are doing.
