BYOD Moto G Stylus 5G 2024

I have a new Moto G Stylus 5G 2024. The BYOD web link says that this phone's IMEI is not compatible with the XFINITY database. Can anyone help to add my IMEI to XFINITY DataBase?  I would like to purchase additional mobile line and add this phone to XFinity Network. It is for sure compatible, you have this device in your store available. This device I have is fully unlocked, I bought on Amazon few months ago.

Thank you for reaching out @user_y1nks2 Motorola lists an unlocked Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) as compatible with many other carriers, but explicitly states it is not supported by Xfinity Wireless, per Motorola Support US https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/181503/~/carrier-compatibility-%7C-moto-g-stylus-5g---2024

I suggest visiting the link: https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/?CMP=KNC-GOOGLE-761191507156-c-xfinity%20mobile%20phones-e-RMKT_XM_ECXM_BR_General_Exact_National&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=RMKT_XM_ECXM_BR_General_Exact_National&utm_term=xfinity%20mobile%20phones&25899279176&21231888146&164551658147&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21231888146&gbraid=0AAAAADdwT3JskIDcNlM5q7jdyoEx5V7PV&gclid=CjwKCAiAoNbIBhB5EiwAZFbYGP5KIWDkDeO5VIcYlsxiSxQTyl7SL7kC2p_ajgh5WkKlxRCqiOdXGxoCcWoQAvD_BwE to review deals on devices.

Thank you for reply. Anyway, it seems to be very weird. The same model is available at Xfinity store. Wondering how is that?

There are times when a specific phone will not be compatible with all carriers even when they carry a variation of the same phone. @user_y1nks2
