buyers remorse fee

I am charrge a buyers remorse fee?  I was talked into purchasing  5 smartwatches under a Promotion at the Xinity Store on 6/3/26.  4 of the boxes weren't opened but 1 was set up for me in the Xfinity store.  No one in my family he watches and could not see everything due to eyesight problems.  I returned all of them on 6/5/26, less than 48 hours later.  I am requesting the total charges of $15.10 be removed .

I felt a lot of pressure in the store to take the promotion.  I could not hear whar the employee was saying for a good portion of the .  I had already been in the store for over an hour and all the noise in the store was overwhelming .  I have been a customer with Xfinity for 38 years.  I am 68 and really did not understand there was going to be a charge for each device per month.
