Bring your own device incentive

We tansferrred our Mobil account to Xfinity Mobil in May of 2025. We brought 3 phones with us from ATT and were told we would receive up to $200 Visa gift cards for each of the Apple 14s and up to $600 for the Apple 16 pro. All payoff receipts, last ATT Bill and Xfinity bill were forwarded via email to comcastincentivetracker for processing. I have called regarding this incentive a multitude of times since May, but no matter how many times I’ve sent the paperwork and have spoken to multiple people, nothing has been fulfilled on the part of Xfinity. This is very disturbing and seems like Xfinity has no intention of providing the Visa Gift cards we were promised. I called again today and spent about an hour on the phone to be told by David that the information is being sent to upper management and the situation will be completed in 10-14 days. While the names change along with the number of days to wait, I’ve been spending over an hour each time and I’m hearing the same thing repeated information. It sounds like a script! I’m really angry about this and I need to put an end to this vicious cycle by having a competent person actually do what they’re supposed to do and fulfill this incentive ASAP!

Hello @vbb34c, just wanted to follow up to see if you had made any progress regarding your Visa gift card promo claim? Were you able to speak with anyone?

@XfinityDuron​ I have not spoken to anyone since my last conversation with David on Feb. 20, 2026. This is frustrating and as a Diamond customer, I would expect better customer service, but this experience has shown me that Xfinity does not care about existing customers. It seems to me that xfinity has no intention of fulfilling this incentive.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityDuron​ This issue has not been resolved and no one has reached out to me regarding this unfulfilled incentive. I feel as though I’ve been mislead by Xfinity by everyone to whom I have spoken concerning the incentive debacle. It would be nice for once to have a competent representative take control of this issue and fulfill the promise made to me when I moved my mobile account from a 30+ year old account with ATT to Xfinity.

@vbb34c​ I cannot find the document which identified the incentive for BYD when transferring to Xfinity Mobile, but I do have a plethora of notes from a large number if conversations I have had with various people at incentivevtracker that state the incentive was in fact a promotion to which I am entitled (at the time of opening a new account and transferring from ATT.  The two iPhone 14s were eligible for a $200 Visa gift card for each and the iPhone 16 pro was eligible for up to $600 ( my daughter has since acquired the newest iPhone pro., but I have the paperwork for the 16 pro which was in the account at the time if transfer). I need this resolved ASAP.
