Billing

Consistently being overcharged for a phone I never received. This has been going on now for several months in spite of repeated phone calls and a trip to a local Xfinity store where I was told they could not help me.  This issue needs to be resolved a/s/a/p

@user_4flpe6 Thanks for adding a post to the community. We're happy to help. Can you explain what happens when you call in, and why the store wasn't able to help? We have the same tools as those teams to assist.
