Being charged for my free phone since since July 20, 2024 billing

I am praying someone can help me!  I took advantage of a free Pixel 8 phone back in May (April?) 2024.  I checked the June 20, 2024 billing to ensure that I wasn't charged for the free Pixel 8 phone and saw there was a charge and a credit both in amount of $29.16 on the bill.  I did notice that my old Motorola (also received as free promotional phone years prior) was still on the bill with my name Cheri and my phone number ending in 8456  next to it.  I also saw that a new line for the Pixel 8 was added and was named Joshh with number of 999-999-9999 and showed inactive.  I figured that Xfinity was in process of adjusting my bill to remove my old Motorla phone, and to show my new phone, the Pixel 8 with name Cheri and number ending in [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Unfortunately this never happened and I have been charged for a 4th line (I only have 3 lines, one for Brian, one for Cheri and one for Josh) since my July billing.  I truly felt that the issue was fixed with my first call on Dec 21, 2025 with Michael.  He assured me of the mistake and told me I would be receiving a credit in amount of $986.55 to reflect overpayment of "free" Pixel 8 phone and fee for unlimited talk and text over the past year and a half.  I was to receive  an confirmation email by Dec 23, 2025.  This never happened.  Since then I have spent hours and hours on calls and chats to no avail and at one point the Xfinity agent even disconnected my phone number.  I've been promised over and over that this issue would be corrected and am so upset and disgusted with all the wasted time and effort.  I even visited my local Xfinity store and worked with Mike who directed me here since he couldn't be of help.   To date it appears that the Motorola phone has finally been removed from my bill but still see 4 devices instead of 3 consisting of a device for Brian x[Edited: "Personal Information"], Cheri  x[Edited: "Personal Information"] and Josh x[Edited: "Personal Information"] showing correct amount of $0.00 but still an extra line under Joshh with my phone number ending in x8456 still attached.  Please help as I am losing my mind and am asking for my credit and corrected bill to show 3 lines as stated with $0.00 showing under each.
