Being charged for an Apple Watch for 7 months!!
I have been calling Xfinity about being charged for an Apple Watch for several months now. 1, not everyone make notes on your account 2, I bought a watch back in Aug I was having issues within a few days not getting calls I was told my watch was not right and a new one would be sent. I called they sent me a new watch and the Xfinity rep walked me thru the set up again the new one was fine. Then the billing issue started, I called every other day for a return label and was told the representative was incorrect and I shouldn’t have activated the new one!! I had no idea I go by what they say!! They refused to send me a label I called for labels for the next 16 days!!! I was promised call backs, nothing ever happened. Later I would see my bill and call, I was told 9 times it was corrected and my bill was adjusted! One rep said there probably wasn’t even anything wrong to start with and someone just wanted to make a sale. I was told I cannot take it to the Xfinity store and I cannot get a label so many times. Then I finally got someone who gave me an address to send it to and he told me it would be taken care of. Well it wasn’t I’ve been paying for this watch since August! The adjustments they have made were Courtesy credits no one ever really fixed the problem! I’ve been told so many times it would be balanced out to zero not to worry then other times there’s nothing that can be done. There’s no consistency! Not everyone makes notes which is wrong. I can only trust the Xfinity person on the phone!!! Just yesterday I called and they said they would correct the account and they offered me a promotion for a free watch!!! It’s true there just trying to make a sale not really addressing your needs….this last call I’ve been told I have been paying for a watch for 7 months! They searched the imei number said it’s not being used. They refused a label, told me many times it was fixed, I have to babysit my bill monthly and nobody has time for that it should have been corrected since I only did what I was told it’s sad because depending on the hour, or day you get many different answers

It’s gonna cost some money but I may have to file a small claims court case to get an actual person. I see on other forums others have been dealing with these same issues. Tech support shouldn’t be salespeople
