August 2025 Promotion ($100 gift card for each line brought over from Verizon) Not Fulfilled

Daniel from the Greeneville, TN, Xfinity store sat down with my husband and I back at the end of August and gave us a written offer that would lower our monthly payments were we to switch over our four phones and one watch from Verizon.  He also noted on his handwritten offer that Xfinity would give us a $100 gift card for each phone line switched over.  We made the switch (two lines at first, and then the other two lines a couple of days later).  The two lines that had to be switched a couple of days later were because an employee there at the Xfinity store tried to switch over one of the phones (that Daniel knew would be a problem to do because of the type of phone it was) too hastily.  That caused a delay of a few days in getting the last two lines switched over.  We received a $200 gift card in a couple of weeks for the first two lines switched over.  We have not, however, received the other $200 for the other two lines that we switched to Xfinity.  I have been back to the Xfinity store MULTIPLE times to talk with Daniel with regards to the status of the remaining $200 promised.  He had resubmitted the request, which he said had been "denied."  Today, I walked out after having been told by him that "the promotion was for phones that only had a balance due on them," (NOT what he originally told us) and he's sorry that there was nothing more he could do.  I have Daniel's original offer from August in his own writing if you need to see a copy.  I would like Xfinity to honor their promotion and provide us with the remaining $200 gift card that was promised us.

user_wwp6e3 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out and sharing the details of your interaction at the Greeneville store location. I understand you were under the impression that a $100 gift card would be applied for each line that you ported over from another provider. Being a consumer myself, the importance of an honoured promotional offer is certainly not lost on me. I would be more than happy to look into getting a ticket created to help address the last of the two lines that the promotional cards were not received for. Were you ever given any specific information related to why the claim had been denied by chance?
