Assurant $220 payment for iPhone 11

When can my wife expect the $220 from Assurant for the iPhone she traded in at the Deptford NJ store when she purchased an iPhone 16 PRO MAX. Assurant will not respond to the multiple calls we've made. Hey COMCAST - they are YOUR subcontractor. It's incumbent on Comcast to effectively manage your subcontractors! Right now we may cancel and go to another vendor. Is that part of Comcast's business model?
