Assistance Needed with Updating Shipping Address
Hello,
I'm having trouble ordering a new phone, as my account still lists an old address from three years ago as the service address. This is also being used as the shipping address.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in updating it.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

I have this exact same problem. I moved, I transferred my internet account and supposedly my mobile account. But now the Xfinity App only displays my internet service and not my mobile service. When I attempt to upgrade to a new phone, it lists my old address as my shipping address and will not let me change it. Xfinity has the worst customer service so I can't even get anyone to figure it out. They keep giving me wrong advice.
