Apple Watch discount reward not working
I got on the Xfinity app this morning and saw platinum members can get $300 off an Apple series 11 smart watch and the offer expires on 3/5/2026.
But when I click on “get started” it takes me to my platinum rewards page and the $300 off an Apple series 11 watch does not show up. I tried on the app and on the computer and that reward doesn’t show up.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience when attempting to redeem the reward, and we would be happy to work with you. Are you still having trouble viewing the reward for the watch? If so, did you clear your browser cache/cookies? And then attempt again? Please let us know.
