Appeal Trade-in Value
After evaluation, my trade in offer was lowered $600 as a result of “screen damage”. There was no damage to the screen but it had a glass protector with some damage. How would I appeal this?

@RD982 Why didn't you remove the damaged screen protector before sending it in? Bad on you. Assurant saw it as a cracked screen and didn't notice a protector. They process up to 2,000 devices per hour using automated vision tunnels and high-speed scanning and sorting systems.
