App is not working on S9 phone and can't unpause devices on website
Hello, I'm having a problem with the Xfinity app on my Samsung 9. It allows me to enter my username and password, but then sends a code to my phone to allow me to login. When I enter the code and press the "verify" button, it stays on loading and never logs in. When I try to access the website on my browser on my phone, it forces me to open the app to allow a log in on the browser, but the app will not open as it is stuck on loading. Additionally, I have logged in to Xfinity on the website on my desktop but it appears to lack many features that the app has (like unpausing devices connected to my Wi-fi.)
How do I fix this?

@tonyj1979 Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Or force quitting the app and reset the app cache and data?

Up to this point, have you attempted to uninstall and then reinstall the app completely? A lot of times this can resolve common timeout issues like you've explained.
