After over 10 years of being Xfinity this is the last straw

I ordered then new ipad 7th gen on the 20th of October as a birthday present.  I received a "Thank you for your purchase" along with an order number.  The Ipad released on October 23rd. Since i never received a TRACKING number i contacted xfinity to get one. They then tell me that my package will be delivered on October 23rd and i would received a tracking number that day. This did not happen. I called the following day because i didn't receive my package nor my device as promised. Then the rep in the mobile devision says "We do not have a shipper who can ship the ipad to you". Which was weird nor was that my problem. She then asked "give us 24 hours and you'll have a tracking number and your product will ship soon after.  Nothing happened... nor did i get my product.  Keep in mind through each of these calls i spoke to them for hours and have spoken to 6 different reps at this point.  Tier1 , Verification Center, Order Center and still nothing. Then i called again on Sunday. This time i get transferred to teir 3. They then tell me that we will do a forced shipping or your order. You will get the tracking number by Monday (the 28th) an then your package should arrive no later then Thursday. I said okay and gave them yet another shot.  Monday comes...No tracking number. So i called on monday evening. Talk to a rep and as usual there is no tracking number linked to my account or order. Nor is the "Ticket" that she created to escalate my issue. So on Wednesday i call AGAIN. They again tell me there is no tracking connected to this order an they need another day to resolve the issue. At this point not only am i on the phone with them but im in the XFINITY store. The in store representative listening to the conversation jumps in an says "Sir my name is Emannual". The issue here is that Mr Anthony has zero trust in Xfinity anymore since we have been telling him about a tracking number for 2 weeks". How are you going to resolve this?  The rep then says " Im going to create a ticket and follow this until completion and i will follow up with anything on his product".  I was asked to wait another day to give them a chance even though i stated to the on call rep that i do not believe a word he says. So.. i wait another day. Here it is Today Thursday the 31rst and guess whay i do not have to day? You guessed it.... My tracking number or my device. It has not been 11 days and at this point im so disgusted with this company that i completely lost faith in there service. I dont even want it from them anymore but guess what despite them telling me that if the device was not delivered or shipped in 10 days i can cancel it, when i call to cancel my order they tell me, sorry we cant cancel it yet. We need one more day to investigate this and resolve the issue.  There is NO information on how to email corporate. Where is my money? and where is the information to email corporate for a complaint.  This is unacceptable.
