To add a smartwatch line to your Xfinity Mobile account, you can start either through your online account/app or directly through your watch's companion app. Xfinity Mobile charges $10/month per smartwatch line.
Step 1: Add the Line to Your Account
Log in to your account to add the cellular line:
Xfinity Mobile App: Sign in with your Primary or Manager ID, tap Services, select Mobile lines and data usage, scroll to Add a line, and follow the prompts for your device.
Xfinity Website: Go to Xfinity Mobile and log in with your Primary or Manager ID, select Shop, choose your device type (or bring your own), and add a new line.
Step 2: Activate Cellular on Your Smartwatch
Once the line is added to your account, finish activation on the watch:
Apple Watch: Open the Watch app on your paired iPhone, tap Cellular, sign in with your Xfinity ID and password, save your emergency 911 address, and complete activation.
Samsung Galaxy Watch: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, go to Watch Settings and Mobile plans, sign in, update your emergency address, and follow the prompts.
Google Pixel Watch: Open the Pixel Watch app on your phone, select Mobile network, connect to Xfinity Mobile, sign in, and complete the setup.
