Please have the primary account holder visit the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses to add the name to the account and https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/designate-users-restricted-or-unrestricted to manage the user role on the account. This will create a username for her to have access to the account and to all the great apps we have created that will enhance her experience with Xfinity and help prevent issues in the future with authorization.
