A receipt or proof of ownership

I’m forgot my iCloud password and apple will help if I have proof ownership that includes total paid for device serial number imei number there name and mine date was paid off.  I’ve tried everything now they ve blocked from calling them told me to go store nothing there sent me 20 pages of receipt for another payment now saying talk with back office or go to email and get your confirmation when you bought it, whatever they can do to not send it. This is wrong and not the ideas that have brought you where you are. I only need my receipt on 1 page that’s all not going back to store or hearing about .20cents when I been mislead lied to now blocked from calling. Help me get my receipt
