800+ credit denied DPP

I have an 800+ score and excellent history with Xfinity, however was denied a plan. I ran this when my file was frozen and have since removed the freeze. I spoke to multiple agents who said they reran it, but I feel they don't know how to fully restart the process as I'm continually denied.

This case was closed, but I still have yet to receive a reason for the denial. Will I receive an adverse action notice on this denial? I need understand because the decision isn't appropriate for my score and concerned there may be fraud in my file or some your if disparate treatment.
